6B/169 clip on leather strap

The WW2 pigskin leather strap from 1940.

This strap was issued in 1940 with the 6B/159 RAF pilot watch, and continued in service until 1980.

The unique clip on design has been faithfully copied.

After our first batch of the tan 6B/169 strap, customers darkened the leather, and we have had requests for a darker clip on 6B/169 strap, and have been able to source a darker leather, slightly softer, with a more distinct nubuck feel.

The first batch of the tan strap is shown full length alongside an original 1940's strap.

Each batch of the 6B/169 straps will be limited in number by the size of the pigskin available, pigskin being the original WW2 material for the 6B/169 strap.

The new darker brown strap on the left of the main image is available in 16mm and 18mm width.
